Freight Deadline for Spring Koyukuk River Trip

This is the freight deadline for the spring trip to Huslia, Hughes, and Allakaket. We only attempt this trip in the spring, when water levels are highest, and the trip to Hughes and Allakaket may be canceled if low water levels on the Koyukuk prevent our tug from safely making the trip.
